Many companies employ a direct sales force, while others may utilize independent rep firms to cover some or all geographic areas of the US and Canada. DDS can manage the reporting requirements by storing sales territory assignments and maintaining corporate views of territories, districts, regions and zones. Our database is updated with the most current US zip code and Canadian postal code information once a month.
Each transaction is validated against these tables to insure accurate reporting of sales. Goals and objectives can also be tracked, providing reports for levels of management. These custom reports may be deployed via email, secure file share, or our web-based Business Intelligence portal DDS On-Demand™.
